We, the participants of the ІІІ-d International scientific - practical conference "Artificial Intelligence - 2002 ", appeal to the Government of Ukraine and to the Government of the Russian Federation with an offer: according to our unanimous opinion all achieved theoretical and practical results of researches and developments in the field of artificial intelligence, information computer technologies, robotics complexes, development of paralleling multiprocessing computer means and systems, allow to create in the nearest years modern industrial samples and to success in competing on the foreign markets of high technology production, including high-efficiency computer facilities and robotics systems of a high level of intellectualization.

Only with your direct help our countries can again come out to a level of the states most advanced in the technological sphere. Today the scientific and technical progress is defined by the information technologies and artificial intelligence.
