    The problem of interpretation of the extreme situation in IS of providing of the navigation safety on the base of the data of imitative simulation of the ships dynamics is considered in this paper. The parallel algorithm of the information transformation provides the construction of the "fields of instability" of the regimes of board rolling using the method of action functional . The analysis procedure is a fast and hopeful assessment of situation in the frame of the task of the optimal control.

  • Ontology of Programs Optimization in I_MESOP System

    The aim of this article is the investigative ontology of programs optimization by means of the classical optimization of transformations. The article describes the main notions of the programs optimization process. Using the conditions defined in the article one can describe the systems of optimization of the transformations in the declarative style. I_MESOP system was processed according that ontology and it presupposed the investigative transformational optimizations in practice.

  • Mechanization of Intelligent Work in Process of Projecting of Self Adopting Systems

    The problem of elaboration of Automatic Projecting System for the self adopting systems is considered in the article. The principles of work of the suggested medium are the following:

    1. On the base of the model "my system is in the medium" the prognosis of the data that should come from the external medium on the current moment is formed.
    2. In case of the coincidence of the prognosis with the empirical data the instinct is in the action.
    3. In case of the noncoincidence, on the base of the actualizing data, the thinking changes the beforehand planned instincts, forms their new combination.
    4. If the thinking processes do not lead to the adaptation, the intellect that doesn't spend the system resources turns on. During the intelligent processes the new instincts (or the one instinct) are formed and the model "my system is in the medium" is changing.
